Three 10Gbps USB Type-A ports
USB 3.2 Gen 2. Each port is capable of 10Gbps; the three share the card’s total bandwidth, so one port runs at full speed while the others are idle. Backward compatible with 5Gbps, 480Mbps, 12Mbps and 1.1Mbps devices.
Small form factor PCs and low-profile servers have no room for a full-height bracket, which is usually where the fast USB cards stop. This is the same three-port USB 3.2 Gen 2 card on a half-height bracket, so the slot you have is the slot it fits.
Fits a low-profile slot in small form factor desktops and half-height servers.

Works in PCIe 2.0, 3.0 and 4.0 slots. Maximum throughput is limited when the card is installed in a PCIe 2.0 slot, which is a property of the slot rather than the card.
Draws power from the PCIe slot for most low-power USB devices. A SATA auxiliary connector is there for high-power peripherals, so a bus-powered drive cannot brown out mid-transfer.
Windows 10, Windows 11 and Ubuntu Linux. No driver disc to lose; the ports appear as standard xHCI controllers once the card is seated.
Onboard voltage-control capacitors and overvoltage protection keep the ports steady under heavy workloads, rather than leaving the rail to sag once all three run at speed.
The card carries its own indicator LEDs, so you can see at a glance that it has power and that a device is negotiating a link before you go looking at drivers.
